Consolidation, modernization and diversification of territorial production systems

The NIR_TURISMO-84 project concerns the creation of a new production unit operating in the catering sector

with administration, conceived according to an innovative model of experiential concept store.

The project was born from the idea of integrating quality catering into a single space

with the sale of selected local and regional products, accompanied by entertainment activities and use of the space.

The investment made has allowed the company to achieve significant results both from a structural point of view

both strategically and operationally, significantly strengthening the initiative's competitive positioning.

Another objective achieved through the investment is represented by the diversification of the offer

through the inclusion of sports and recreational infrastructure.

The construction of the tennis court and the padel court has broadened the nature of the initiative,

transforming the structure into a multifunctional space capable of integrating catering, leisure and socialising.

This choice has made it possible to strengthen the attractiveness of the structure, intercepting complementary demand segments

and promote greater continuity of user flows, contributing to the deseasonalization of the activity.

The management expenses relating to personnel costs complete the plan.
